1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Rules & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is entitled to maintain only one active bj77 app account. 4.4 Source of Funds. 5 Withdrawals

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal from bj77 app is 1,000 PKR. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by bj77 app are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all bj77 app bonuses available to Pakistan players.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

Void wagers will have the staked PKR amount returned to the player's balance.

7.4 Bets Placed in Error. bj77 app does not accept responsibility for wagers placed in error by the player, including selecting the wrong outcome, incorrect stake amounts, or placing a wager on an event that has already commenced without the player's knowledge. Pakistan players are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirming a wager on bj77 app.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Pakistan players agree that they will access and use bj77 app solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially resulting in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

9 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

11.3 bj77 app expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including financial losses beyond deposited funds, loss of data, or reputational harm.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bj77 app collects, processes, and stores personal information from Pakistan players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.

bj77 app does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party marketing companies. 13 Account Termination & Suspension

13.1 By bj77 app. bj77 app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Pakistan player account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a material breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder is under 18 years of age; or (d) continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to bj77 app, other players, or third parties.

13.2 By the Player. Pakistan players may close their bj77 app account at any time by contacting support. Any genuine deposited funds outstanding in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account — for any reason — the licence granted under Section 10 is immediately revoked and the player must cease all use of the bj77 app platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bj77 app reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of bj77 app after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bj77 app operates. Pakistan players agree to resolve any dispute with bj77 app through the following process before seeking external remedies:
